We recently had the opportunity to pull off a special highlight:
Together with the developer, we presented our “Lichtspiele” project to a large number of members of the Immo Invest Club Austria (IIC) in Vienna.
As part of a detailed PowerPoint presentation, we not only presented the project itself, but also our company, our approach, and our perspective on the current real estate market.
The IIC brings together experienced investors and industry professionals—and the level of expertise in the discussions was correspondingly high, as was the interest in details regarding the location, concept, and development potential.
The presentation was followed by a group tour of the property. This allowed participants to get a firsthand look at the project and see the details presented earlier in action on-site. This personal experience is particularly crucial for high-end real estate projects and was especially appreciated by the participants.
The event concluded with a traditional Pinzgau snack and an open Q&A session. In a relaxed atmosphere, there were numerous in-depth conversations, constructive feedback, and engaging discussions among peers.
Overwhelmingly positive feedback
Feedback from participants was consistently very positive. Both the “Lichtspiele” project and the organization and execution of the event were viewed as highly successful. For us, this event once again confirms how important personal interaction with investors and the transparent presentation of projects are.
The event was a complete success for us—both in terms of content and in terms of networking, feedback, and future collaborations.
