This offer is subject to the provisions of the Real Estate Brokerage Act,<\/strong> in particular
Section 6, paragraphs 1, 3, and 4 <\/strong>, \u00a7 7(1)<\/strong> and \u00a7\u00a7 10 and 15<\/strong>.<\/p>

If the brokerage agreement is concluded through distance selling<\/b> or outside the business<\/b> premises of the business operator, Section 11 of the FAGG<\/b> applies.<\/p>

Right of withdrawal and withdrawal period pursuant to Section 11 of the FAGG<\/u><\/b><\/p>

(1) The consumer may withdraw from a distance contract or a contract concluded off-premises within 14 days without giving any reason<\/b>.<\/p>

For service contracts, the period begins on the date the contract is concluded.<\/p>

If the real estate agent is to take any action before the expiration of this 14-day withdrawal period<\/b>
(e.g., by providing detailed information or scheduling a viewing),
this requires an explicit request from the prospective buyer.<\/p>

As a result, the prospective buyer loses their right of withdrawal\u2014provided the contract is fully performed within this period<\/b>.<\/p>

In the event of a withdrawal pursuant to Section 11 of the FAGG<\/b>, the consumer agrees not to make use of any information already obtained<\/b>.<\/p>
