“My job is my passion!”

“As the owner and managing director of Absolut Immobilien in Zell am See and Kaprun, I work where I feel at home.”

My local experience in the Pinzgau region and my strong network help me connect people with properties that are truly a good match.

For me, real estate is more than just a job—it’s a passion!

I bring this enthusiasm to my work and am happy to address concerns that go beyond the scope of our core business.

Multilingualism, good accessibility, and a personal commitment are, for me,

Real estate agents, of course.

Honest advice, realistic assessments, and reliability form the foundation of my work.

I also have close personal ties to the region and support local clubs, including serving on the board of the EK-Zeller Eisbären.

“It’s important to me to build long-term relationships—both professionally and personally.”

Our Office Manager – The Heart and Soul Behind the Scenes

She has been part of our team since 2017 and makes sure everything runs smoothly here. While the day-to-day work of a real estate agent can often be hectic, she remains calm and organized, and has everything under control.

Whether she’s answering inquiries, coordinating schedules, preparing documents, or managing the books—she always keeps everything under control. With her level-headed approach, she brings order to chaos and creates exactly the stability a strong team needs.

She is particularly appreciated not only for her organizational skills, but also for her friendly and charming manner with our customers. She takes the time to listen and always finds the right words.

In short: Without her, we’d be missing a lot—both professionally and personally.

After gaining my first professional experience in the Netherlands as a PR consultant and marketing manager, I moved to the Pinzgau region about ten years ago because of my love for the mountains. Thanks to my multicultural background, I have a deep understanding of the needs of both local clients and international prospects, and I take great pleasure in serving both.

As a real estate agent, I work with people, and no two days are alike. That’s exactly what makes this profession so special to me. It is a great privilege to be able to guide customers through one of the most important decisions of their lives, from start to finish. I view complex assessments, intricate legal situations, and challenging negotiations as an exciting puzzle that I strive to solve using my expertise, experience, and clarity.

At Absolut Immobilien, we go the extra mile for our clients. Transparency and clear communication are our top priorities. I feel very comfortable doing this, and this is the only way I want to work. I’ve found a home not only in the mountains, but also at Absolut Immobilien.
