The property, originally built in 1954 and several times renovated, is situated between the popular villages of Bramberg and Neukirchen am Wildkogel, and is part of the famous "Hohe Tauern National Park". Both villages can be reached on foot via a quiet road or a very short drive.

The ski lifts are less than 2.5 km away. Thanks to this central location, the property is ideal as a B&B or for a family who want to rent some apartments / rooms out to tourists.

The property is located on a plot of 1325 sqm and has around 689 sqm of usable space and around 457 sqm of living space. These are divided over 3 floors and a large basement.

On the ground floor there is the entrance area, a large kitchen equipped for a small restaurant or to serve breakfast, a restaurant area with a cozy tiled stove and several guest toilets. There is also a small office/reception.

The Wildkogel offers skiers - from beginners to advanced - more than 55 km of perfectly groomed slopes, 45% blue (easy), 40% red (medium) and 15% black (difficult)- The modern snowcanons guarantee Sk -fun until spring. The highest lift takes you to 2,150 m above sea level.
