847, Traditionell Farmhouse, Maishofen-Zell am See

The approx.300-year-old farmhouse would in 1999 by the present owners purchased and with a lot of love and great expense renovated.
The local building tradition has been preserved, old wooden farm houses is reused, the new insulated roof, roofed with larch shingles.
The foundations have been drained, all the windows replaced,
A electric heating and a Kachelofen have also been  installed. The floor is partly tile floors and receive in many areas is an added under floor heating.

The house is located next to the old road, but by the construction of the corridor route (bypass tunnel), it is calm now. The road is now used mainly by residents.
It´s only a 10 minutes foot walk into the centre of town.
