Ski-in and ski-out chalets & Apartments

Ski-in ski-out property is exceptionally rare in Austria as most properties tend to be built within the charming towns and villages that connect with the ski resorts.

However, we have sourced this exclusive development of just three ski-in ski-out chalets and apartments situated right on the piste and just 15 minutes walk from the centre of Zell am See with all its bars, restaurants and boutique shops.

The chalets are located right at the foot of the Schmittenhohebahn cable car which provides direct access to the summit.

Furthermore, a new high-speed gondola is currently being built and will be ready for the start of this winter. This is the first stage of a five year plan to link the Zell am See ski area with Saalbach’s 200kms of piste.

There are currently just four apartments or two whole chalets available. Completion is summer 08 and the developer is willing to design the interior layout of the chalets to fit with any personal requirements. Each chalet or apartment comes with a cellar, garage and ski locker.
